How do I get my tickets for events?
After completing your sponsorship purchase, you will receive a confirmation email followed by a separate email* containing your unique ticket access codes.
Each code corresponds to a specific event (Demolition Derby, Ranch Rodeo, KPRA Rodeo, Mexican Food Dinner, and Kid’s Ride Armbands) and can be used to redeem the number of tickets included in your package.
To claim your tickets:
Visit the event ticket pages on our website
Select the number of tickets you wish to redeem
Enter your provided access code at checkout
Complete checkout (your total will be discounted to $0)
Important Notes:
Each code is limited to a specific number of uses based on your sponsorship level
Codes are valid only for the designated event
Please share codes only within your organization
All codes must be redeemed prior to the event date
