*Food vendors who use a truck or trailer are charged different rates than food vendors who just have a booth (e.g., a tent with a cotton-candy machine). Non-profit and political booths are those which conduct no sales of any kind. All other booths that promote a business, sell any kind of non-food product, or solicit donations are considered commercial booths.

*Food Vendors: You MUST list ALL food items you intend to offer during the fair. Categorical descriptions are acceptable when appropriate; for example, if you sell 20 different flavors of lemonade, "lemonade" is sufficient.
