VOLUNTEER
AT THE BACA COUNTY FAIR & RODEO
This fair began with a community coming together—and it still runs on that same spirit.
Join us and be part of it by volunteering today.
Every year, neighbors, friends, and families step up to make the Baca County Fair & Rodeo happen. From setting up events to helping things run smoothly behind the scenes, it all depends on people willing to lend a hand. Even the Baca County Fair board is made up of volunteers from the community.
Ways to Help
We need volunteers for all kinds of roles, including:
-
Event setup and cleanup
-
Gate and ticket help
-
Assisting with exhibits and shows
-
Rodeo support
-
Help running rides
-
Bartending, serving, or checking IDs at Bernard's
No special experience needed—just a willingness to pitch in!

FUNDRAISING OPPORTUNITIES
We also offer opportunities for groups and organization to make a little money while helping out at the Fair.
Whether you're a senior class raising money for a trip, after-prom, a local club or charity, there are plenty of changes for your group to serve the community and get paid for your time.
Some of these opportunities include running the kid's rides during the week of fair,
putting on the annual kiddie carnival under the grandstands, and more.

If you're interested in getting your group involved, contact us or register your group.
